Dean R. Bruza is the founder of Bruza Law. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 35 years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s in business administration and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1985. His practice has been focused on helping individuals and small businesses with a variety of legal issues. From criminal law to business litigation, Mr. Bruza has the experience to counsel and represent most individuals and small businesses. Along with a strong network of co-counsel and referral attorneys specializing in all areas of the law, he can assist with almost any legal issue and offer clients the ability to scale up to meet any legal challenge. Recently, Mr. Bruza has been focused on small and medium business planning and litigation but also practices in the probate, family law and estate planning areas. Over 30 years, he has developed expertise in driver license restoration and appeals with an over 99% success rate.
As the result of developing such a broad law practice, Mr. Bruza is uniquely positioned to act as a contract General Counsel for most small and medium-sized businesses. With his degree in Business Administration and having owned and operated his own small businesses, including developing and marketing a small franchise operation, he knows both the business and personal challenges small business owners face in starting, growing, and operating their businesses. This allows Bruza Law to offer the most cost effective legal solutions.
Mr. Bruza practices throughout Michigan with a focus on Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties.
